Cornelius Chacon is a main character and an antagonist in Survivalist. He is a former member of Los Ceros and led an unsuccessful coup attempt on Felipe and the Los Ceros Inner Circle, which he retreated to his new home, which he lives alone as a farmer.
In the Selection Process quest, you have to kill him and take his head. He lives on the top left corner of the map.
